• Product Description:The powder storage hopper is a purpose‑built unit designed for the enclosed storage of bulk powder and granular materials. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, it features an externally welded support platform that reinforces the hopper structure and provides a stable base for scale calibration. All internal surfaces that come into contact with material are coated with PTFE (Teflon®) to promote flow and prevent product adhesion. The hopper is equipped with vacuum extraction, nitrogen inerting, purge cleaning, and blow‑off cleaning functions. A Roots blower maintains negative pressure within the hopper, enabling material from the bulk bag discharger or suction lance to be pneumatically conveyed through the pipeline into the storage vessel. During discharge, the pneumatic hammer and annular air pads are actuated to ensure smooth, uniform material flow. A C3‑rated weighing module provides precise monitoring and control of loading and unloading throughput.
