• Product Description:The Fully Automatic Dual-Layer Slot Die incorporates proprietary Closed-Loop Coating Control Technology to automatically regulate both coating areal density and coating dimensions. The system provides closed-loop control of coating areal density in both the cross-direction (CD) and machine direction (MD), as well as coating width and A/B side alignment. The closed-loop control system interfaces directly with dry/wet coating areal density measurement systems and CCD dimensional inspection systems. High-precision electric linear actuators integrated into the slot die continuously adjust the die lip based on real-time process feedback. By automatically analysing coating weight distribution and dimensional variation, the system delivers fully automated in-line optimisation of lithium-ion battery electrode coating quality.
